About Wren
Welcome to EMDR with Wren! I bring warmth, compassion, and dynamic engagement to each therapeutic relationship. I believe in meeting clients where they are and supporting them through their unique healing journey with evidence-based practices tailored to their individual needs. In the consultation and
in initial individual therapy sessions I outline in detail how we might collaborate to build trust and connection which is essential to therapy. I am licensed in Vermont and Massachusetts and welcome you to reach out for a free consultation.

PS - My given name is Karen. In high school a friend gave me the nickname of “Wren.” Yes, like the bird. I use both names interchangeably. I invite you to call me Wren, but I am also happy to be known by you as Karen. I use she/her pronouns. I hope this satisfies any confusion and if it does not, I am happy to discuss this with you.
My Availability
I am currently accepting clients for EMDR Groups and Emotion 101 Psycho-Education Groups for 2026. For individual therapy, I maintain a waitlist and encourage you to reach out to discuss your needs and explore whether we might be a good fit. I welcome your questions and look forward to potentially supporting you on your healing journey.
