Individual EMDR Therapy With Wren
Trauma-Informed Care That Meets You Where You Are

There is no single path to healing.
Wren brings warmth, compassion, humor, and dynamic engagement to the therapeutic relationship. She believes that trust and connection are essential to effective therapy and works collaboratively with each client to develop an approach that fits their individual needs.
Her primary therapeutic tool is EMDR, and she has integrated EMDR 2.0 protocols into her practice for several years. Depending on your needs and goals, she may also incorporate other approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the FLASH Technique for trauma, and Prolonged Grief Treatment.
Her goal is to provide a safe, supportive, affirming environment where you can explore your experiences at a pace that feels appropriate for you.

EMDR Intensives
More Time for Focused Processing
90 Minutes to Several Hours
Extended sessions designed to allow more time for focused EMDR work.
Concentrated Support
A more focused approach for clients who may benefit from extended therapy sessions.
Individualized to You
Wren will help determine whether an intensive format is appropriate for your needs.
For some clients, an extended therapy session can provide an opportunity for more focused EMDR work within a condensed timeframe. Wren offers EMDR Intensives ranging from approximately 90 minutes to several hours. Intensives may be appropriate for clients who prefer longer sessions or who may benefit from a more concentrated approach. EMDR Intensives are individualized and are not appropriate for everyone. Wren will discuss whether an intensive format is a good fit for your needs.
Please note: EMDR Intensives are not typically covered by insurance.
