Good Faith Estimate
In accordance with federal law, healthcare providers are required to furnish clients who are uninsured or who are not utilizing insurance with an estimate of anticipated charges for medical services, including psychotherapy.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy, prior to or at any point during treatment. You may request this estimate from any provider you choose.
Should you receive a bill that exceeds your Good Faith Estimate by $400 or more, you have the right to dispute the charge. Please retain a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
For questions regarding your rights or the dispute process, please visit (www.cms.gov/nosurprises).
Please Note:
Website inquiries, email, and contact forms are not to be used for urgent or emergency situations. If you or someone you know is in crisis, call 911 or contact your local emergency services, or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. See our full emergency and crisis policy.
